Q1. Why did you start this model ? 

We have seen an unorganized market of non-veg raw material and wanted to make a platform where non veg food lovers can easily place order and get fresh raw food on his doorstep. 

Q2. What about the quality ? 
We work with quality vendors having vast experience in this field. Quality is our first priority. 

Q3. How to cancel my order ? 
You can cancel your order from My account -> Past order screen only if vendor has not approved your order. Once order approved will not be cancelled.

Q4. Is there a minimum order value ? 
Minimum cart value should be greater than or equal to 200 Rs.

Q5. What are your delivery hours ? 
We are available for delivery from 8 am to 8 pm.

Q6. Can i order on advance?
Yes, You can order 1 day in advance on our platform. Click on delivery slot on top left corner of app to select your desired delivery time slot and place an order.
